Role Overview

As Pure Form continues to grow, were looking for a Finance Operations and Collections Specialist to help strengthen our financial foundation and support our expanding operations. This role ensures that our financial processes stay accurate, organized, and aligned with our growth goals.

Youll handle accounts receivable collections and support key finance functions such as accounts payable, payment processing, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting. With your attention to detail and coordination skills, youll help maintain smooth cash flow and accurate financial records.

This is a growth-focused role that plays a vital part in keeping our operations compliant, efficient, and data-driven as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor accounts receivable collections, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Support accounts payable, payment processing, and bank reconciliation activities.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve billing or payment concerns.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and compliance in finance operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 12 years of experience in finance operations, bookkeeping, or collections
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial documentation
  • Knowledge of invoicing, budget monitoring, and payment processing
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
