About the Role
As a Chat Support Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers through live chat. Your role will focus on providing timely assistance, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat
- Assist customers with product questions, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, chat support, or a related role
- Excellent written English communication skills (grammar, clarity, and tone)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
- Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat tools is an advantage
