We are looking for a results-driven Retail Operations Manager to oversee daily store operations and support overall business performance. This role focuses on team leadership, operational efficiency, and delivering a consistent and high-quality customer experience across stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service standards
- Manage store opening and closing procedures
- Conduct regular store visits, team meetings, and training sessions
- Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- Lead, coach, and support sales associates, including performance evaluations
- Monitor team performance, support development, and build succession plans
- Analyze sales reports, market trends, and operational data for decision-making
- Set and track sales targets; implement strategies to achieve business goals
- Coordinate with merchandising on product display and store layout
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to minimize stock issues
- Work closely with HR on staffing, compliance, and performance management
- Ensure adherence to company policies, health, and safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business or any related field
- Relevant experience in retail operations or a similar role
- Experience handling department store or boutique operations is an advantage
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Analytical with the ability to interpret sales and operational data
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service practices
- Familiarity with inventory management and logistics is a plus
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
