KITCHEN HELPER/ COMMIS
Assist chefs and cooks by washing, peeling, chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients, and occasionally helping with cooking tasks to ensure timely meal preparation.
Wash dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, and maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including floors, counters, and storage spaces.
Receive, store, and organize food supplies, monitor inventory levels, and remove expired or spoiled items.
Dispose of waste and recyclables according to proper protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and waitstaff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service
