Overview:

  • We are passionate about natural health and proud to supply premium products to retailers across Australia. We're seeking a Purchasing Administrator who thrives on accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • This company was recently formed through the merger of two renowned and long-standing health food distribution companies: Global By Nature and Complete Health Products. Together, we have become a leader in the health food grocery distribution industry, servicing thousands of customers along the Eastern Seaboard of Australia and representing over 250 brands, 5000 products, with offices and warehouse sites in QLD and NS,W and staff across all three states.


About The Role

  • This role is heavily focused on raising and sending purchase orders, invoicing reconciliation, and data entry, with a strong link to accounts payable. Key responsibilities include:
    • Processing and receipting high-volume supplier invoices
    • Reconciling supplier statements to ensure accuracy
    • Liaising with the warehouse team on deliveries and stock receipting
    • Sending purchase orders and chasing ETAs
    • Maintaining supplier records and databases
    • Supporting purchasing and finance with admin tasks as required


About You

  • You're the type of person who gets satisfaction from getting the details right.


You'll bring:

  • Previous experience in either accounts payable, purchasing admin, or procurement
  • Love for data entry and numbers, with high accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confidence communicating with suppliers and internal teams both written and verbal
  • A proactive, can-do approach in a busy environment
