About the Role
As a Senior Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product lines—from the very first sketch to flawless production. You’ll transform complex challenges into elegant, reliable solutions that installers, manufacturers, and end users depend on every day.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve (electro)mechanical and electronic products across our ranges, from Fence & Gate Hardware to Gate Automation and Access Control
- Turn ideas into tangible innovations: concepting, CAD design, prototyping, testing and fine-tuning.
- Work closely with Product Management and Production to ensure smart, manufacturable designs (DFM, DFA).
- Collaborate with fellow engineers, sharing insights, challenging ideas, and lifting each other’s work.
- Coach younger designers and strengthen our R&D culture of curiosity, precision and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Hold a degree in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience) and have about 10 years’ experience in product design.
Required Skills
- Technically sharp, strong in mechanical or electromechanical design, with solid 3D insight.
- Can bring a concept to life.
- Knowledgeable in combining creativity with structure: analytical, efficient, and eager to improve every detail.
- Team player with a builder’s mindset: you share ideas openly and take pride in seeing others grow.
- Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international, innovation-driven environment.
