Responsible for ensuring bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements with related schedules and other reportorial requirements.
Duties And Responsibilities
Prepares, records, reconciles accounting transactions and maintains the books of accounts.
Prepares external financial statements and related schedules – monthly, quarterly and annually
Handles the mandated reportorial requirements of the assigned business units with the BIR, SEC, LGU and other government agencies
Assists in the preparation of documents for internal and external audits
Liaises and represents business units to BIR, SEC, LGU and other government agencies
Assists in the initial/renewal/amended registration of new/existing business units with the BIR, LGU and other government agencies
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related course
At least one (1) year of relevant work experience
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Apps
Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting
Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
Willingness to travel/do field work
