  • With at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Good coordination and time-management skills and can handle pressure.
  • Adaptable, dependable, and able to multitask.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Metro Manila
  • Can start immediately

Job Description

  • Act as Leasing Agent of available properties, present and provide details of properties to prospective tenant;
  • Conduct unit viewings for vacant single units if needed.
  • Negotiate leasing terms and conditions, prepare contracts and regulatory compliances;
  • Respond to potential clients' inquiries and concerns, and discuss rental agreements;
  • Ensure proper maintenance, inspect properties periodically and assist tenants with their moving-in requirements.
  • Coordination of needed repairs with the companys maintenance staff
  • Coordinate with single units building management, the barangay or with the company attorney if needed.
  • Performs administrative task such as utility billings, rental payments, collection reports, rental deposit refunds among others;
  • Make notices for late payments, memos and letters.
  • Handle and coordinate tenants concerns;
  • Maintain records of properties;
  • Advertise, post available properties online (Facebook, Marketplace, Facebook forums, Carousell, Lamudi).
  • Update social media platforms and website
  • Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
