The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-energy Paid Marketing Manager (Meta Ads Specialist) to serve as a key execution engine for our internal growth and our client-facing media services. This is a dual-impact role where you will manage Meta ad campaigns for GrowthAssistant’s own brand while simultaneously driving lead generation for a growing portfolio of software customers. If you are a hands-on expert in Meta Ads Manager who thrives on managing multiple accounts, localized targeting, and scaling performance-driven campaigns, this is the perfect remote opportunity for you.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
- Campaign Execution: Build, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns across multiple internal and client-facing accounts.
- Lead Generation: Execute Facebook and Instagram ad strategies focused on localized targeting and specific lead generation objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Closely monitor campaign pacing, budget utilization, lead flow, and performance trends to ensure targets are met.
- Optimization: Proactively adjust campaigns based on CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- QA & Setup: Manage the technical setup of audiences, creative variations, and tracking to ensure error-free launches.
- Portfolio Management: Coordinate ad operations for an initial portfolio of 10–15+ accounts, ensuring clean and consistent structures across all.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve delivery issues, tracking gaps, and performance fluctuations in real-time.
- Process Scaling: Support the expansion of our "done-for-you" fulfillment offering by maintaining clear documentation and improving internal workflows.
- Tech Stack Utilization: Daily use of Meta Ads Manager, GoHighLevel, Airtable, and Google Analytics to track and report success.
What You Bring
- Hands-on Experience: 2+ years of dedicated experience managing and optimizing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager.
- Lead Gen Mastery: Proven track record of launching successful Facebook and Instagram lead generation campaigns.
- Multi-Account Management: Experience juggling multiple brands or client accounts simultaneously in an agency or high-growth environment.
- Strategic Targeting: Strong understanding of audience segmentation, creative testing, and regional/local targeting levers.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable diving into performance data to derive actionable insights and improve account hygiene.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English skills for seamless collaboration with U.S.-based stakeholders.
- Organizational Excellence: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage various moving pieces without oversight.
Bonus Points if:
- You have experience with agency-style fulfillment or SMB/local business advertising.
- You are proficient with GoHighLevel automation or CRM-connected workflows.
- You have experience using Airtable for internal reporting and project tracking.
- You have a background in scaling ad operations for a rapidly growing customer base.
