As Assistant Sales Manager, you are expected to attain…
- Sales Performance Management: Assisting in setting sales targets and ensuring the sales team achieves or exceeds them. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of individual team members, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Sales team collaboration and coordination: Collaborating with the sales team to ensure effective coordination communication and teamwork. Assisting in the allocation of leads, territory assignments and account management strategies to maximize sales opportunities
- Sales training and development: Assisting in identifying training needs within the sales team and coordinating or delivering training programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge and sales techniques. Supporting the onboarding of new sales team members and facilitating continuous learning.
- Reporting and Communication: Assisting in generating sales reports and presentations to provide regular updates on sales performance, achievements, challenges and opportunities. Effectively communicating sales strategies, targets and objectives to the sales team and other stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Completed a 4-year college course
- Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage
- Registered salesperson under the real estate board is a must.
