Review of Electrical requirements from clients and Building Management for the completion of cost estimates
Create a complete Electrical Plan based on the client’s requirements and Local/National code compliant
Measure plan and prepare bill of quantities for Electrical System
Evaluate contractor’s proposal for all PMIs, change orders, and other construction-related claims
Conduct site visits and reconciliation of evaluated proposals if necessary Prepare cost estimates for project cost evaluation and comparison
Coordinate with suppliers for Request for Proposal and bids before and during Project Implementation
Complete evaluation of technical and commercial bids
Quarterly updating of the material/equipment cost database
Coordination with Site Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Suppliers
Performs other related duties and functions as may be assigned by the immediate superior
