Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate product and service information via calls, emails, and live chat.

Listen attentively to customer needs, demonstrate empathy, and offer effective solutions or recommendations.

Handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor.

Accurately document customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the CRM system.

Perfect written English without grammatical errors or typos

Discipline to work efficiently as a remote team member

Detail-oriented

Customer service mindset that includes effective listening and patient communication
