Main Duties And Responsibilities

I. Client Servicing

  • Provides proactive leadership to accounts, staff and clients
  • Manages and develops the people working on his/her accounts
  • Provides timely and consistent strategic and tactical advice
  • Analyses and solves problems for clients and the company
  • Develops programs and oversees the development and delivery of high-quality output by the team
  • Maintains and develops client relationships
  • Plans, prepares and delivers client presentations when necessary
  • Manages budgets and other financial performance requirements
  • Provides proactive leadership to accounts, staff and clients

II. Media Relations

  • Pitching of interviews and exclusive features
  • Media Follow-ups for press releases
  • Assists in Media Management

III. Business Development

  • Hits revenue targets
  • Grows existing projects and accounts
  • Lead generation
  • Leads in development of pitches

IV. Adherence to Team Culture

  • Routinely invests in building agency morale and capacities

Job Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing and Advertising/Media.
  • At least 6 years of Public Relations experience.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
