Interact with the customers to provide them with the information and assistance they need on our client’s products and services over the phone.
Create, manage, and drive closure on service requests.
Solve problems, communicate, and promptly handle issues requiring special handling through coordination with various internal departments to find resolution for customer query/issues/concerns.
Typically handles straightforward problems/issues and refers more complex issues to senior staff.
Provide excellent customer service by focusing on providing a great experience.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of back-office experience (no employment gaps).
Insurance industry experience preferred.
Education:
Senior High School Graduate OR
At least 2nd-year Undergraduate with no back subjects.
Schedule:
Night Shift
Fixed Weekends Off
Work Setup:
Full Onsite at MOA, Pasay City
Strong English communication skills required
