Roles and Responsibilities

  • Interact with the customers to provide them with the information and assistance they need on our client’s products and services over the phone.
  • Create, manage, and drive closure on service requests.
  • Solve problems, communicate, and promptly handle issues requiring special handling through coordination with various internal departments to find resolution for customer query/issues/concerns.
  • Typically handles straightforward problems/issues and refers more complex issues to senior staff.
  • Provide excellent customer service by focusing on providing a great experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of back-office experience (no employment gaps).
  • Insurance industry experience preferred.

Education:

  • Senior High School Graduate OR
  • At least 2nd-year Undergraduate with no back subjects.

Schedule:

  • Night Shift
  • Fixed Weekends Off

Work Setup:

  • Full Onsite at MOA, Pasay City
  • Strong English communication skills required
