Job Qualifications
- Completed 2 years in college (no back subjects)
- Minimum of 1 year of prior customer service experience required with knowledge of
US Mortgage or Home Loan Servicing or Home Loan Application process
- Familiarity with income documents (pay stab, W2s, 1099) for loan completeness
- Knowledge of Deed and its role in Home Loan application process
- Strong English Communication Skills
- Amenable to work on-site MOA, Pasay City
