Job Description



  • Define, implement, and manage the overall testing strategy for multiple projects
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of test phases, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Manage and mentor Test Leads and their teams, fostering a culture of quality and collaboration
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and development teams, to align testing with business objectives
  • Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and timelines for testing activities
  • Ensure effective risk management by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential testing risks





Qualifications



  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any four-year course
  • With at least 8 years of Software Testing experience, including leadership roles
  • Experience in Software Testing for Web Applications, Mobile Applications, SAP systems (MM, SD, WM, FICO, ERP), Automation, or Performance Testing
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders effectively
  • Having knowledge of AI concepts, with the ability to discern and evaluate AI-generated content is highly preferred
