Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, assessments, interviews, offers, and contract management
Ensure the timely completion of all pre-employment requirements
Oversee the maintenance of both virtual and physical employee files (201 files), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
Administer recruitment databases and generate required reports
Conduct thorough background checks for critical positions prior to team member regularization
Onboarding
Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, introduction to company policies and procedures, and departmental introductions
Implement and enhance onboarding programs to boost team member engagement and retention
Monitor and track the completion of onboarding activities and required training sessions
Collaborate with other HR team members to establish "check-points" for new team members during their first 90 days, focusing on their assigned departments
Ensure that leaders adhere to performance management SOPs for probationary team members
HR Administration
Maintain accurate and updated team member records, both physical and electronic, ensuring team member data integrity and confidentiality
Manage team member movements in compliance with employment contracts and governmental regulations
Respond to team member inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
Support HR initiatives related to performance management, team member relations, and team member development
Generate HR reports and metrics for management review
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, recommending improvements as needed
