Performs installation and provide post-sales support for external customers at the least possible time to ensure that targeted and reasonable Turn-around Time is achieved.
Conducts continuous study, testing, and simulation of our products and solutions. Attend internal and vendor-sponsored training, or industry events to broaden knowledge and skills.
Acquires technical certifications through self-study, sponsored, and paid certification trainings and examinations.
Provides support on pre-sales activities such as preparation of Design, BOM, SOW, POC, Demo and Presentations.
Provide technical assistance to other business groups, and other company related matters as needed.
Graduate of Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any IT related courses.
Knowledge in Computer Networking.
Familiar with at least one server platform (Microsoft or Linux).
Familiar with Computer Hardware and Software Components and Tools.
Any technical certification is preferred/advantage but not required.
