Drive company revenue by managing customers, achieving sales quotas, and promoting effective sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong business relationships while identifying new marketing and sales opportunities.
Represent the company in events, tradeshows, and seminars to generate leads and track market trends.
Monitor consumer, competitor, and market insights to support sales planning and strategy.
Lead people management initiatives including performance reviews, recognition, and target delivery.
Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and continuous learning through trainings and development.
Perform other duties assigned by the Department Head while demonstrating strong organizational and customer service skills.
Job Qualifications
At least 1-3 years proven experience as a Sales Executive with strong sales and customer service skills
Excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, and negotiation abilities
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with good judgment
Effective team management and ability to interface with peers and executives
Highly motivated, confident, persuasive, organized, and professional under pressure
Proficient in MS Office/WPS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
Demonstrates initiative, innovation, and a positive outlook even in challenging situations
