Responsibilities

Measure success through key performance indicators and other metrics
Provide analysis and meaningful information supporting decision-making and action-planning
Analyze current processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
Identify root cause and recommend corrective actions of issues in a timely manner
Recommend to management actions to take pertaining to utilization management of product and services
Work collaboratively with members of the team and with other functions/ departments in driving execution of plans and initiatives
Produce quality documents including business processes and controls, feasibility and impact analysis
Define and analyze operational issues, identify risks and recommend solutions based on data-driven assessment; Identify opportunities and utilize it
Build and deliver concise and effective presentations to communicate complex ideas in easy-to-understand way to different audiences
Manage projects and major deliverables

Experience And Training

Above average knowledge in Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets and Microsoft Powerpoint/ Google Slides.
Knowledge in Python and/or R programming language is a plus
Skills in data presentation/ visualization and analysis; Good analytical and verbal skills
Preferred industry orientation: Research and Data Management, Healthcare, Insurance,
FMCG, or any service-oriented industry
