StaffHero is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Spanish–English Bilingual Sales Representative to support the growth of our Home Healthcare services. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue by promoting our home healthcare staffing solutions to agencies and healthcare organizations.
The ideal candidate is fluent in both Spanish and English, has a strong sales background, and is comfortable engaging with diverse clients across different markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within the home healthcare sector
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings with potential clients (primarily Spanish- and English-speaking markets)
- Present and promote StaffHero’s home healthcare staffing solutions to decision-makers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate staffing solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful placement and client satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) – required
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare staffing, home healthcare, or BPO industries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and client acquisition
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and time management skill
