Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the verification and accurate input of customer identity and payment-related data, ensuring team compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and review customer payment records and KYC documentation, providing guidance and approval on complex or high-risk cases to ensure accuracy, completeness, and AML compliance.
- Monitor team handling of payment activity and customer profiles, conducting secondary reviews to identify suspicious transactions, irregularities, discrepancies, or potential fraud and money laundering risks.
- Review daily transaction logs and escalated cases, coordinating with finance, compliance, and operations teams to resolve issues and escalate AML or regulatory concerns as required.
- Oversee updates, corrections, or cancellations to customer records and KYC information, ensuring all changes meet compliance and audit standards.
- Prepare and consolidate reports on team performance, transaction reviews, suspicious activity, and remediation actions for management and compliance teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- At least 12 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of inquiries.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as needed.
Salary And Benefits
Work hours: 8 hours/day, shifting schedule (including regular and special non-working holidays);
4 days off per month
- Shift time: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00 (shift schedule may change)
- Probationary: 26,000 (negotiable-depends on experience)
- Regularization: 29,000 (negotiable depends on performance)
- Food Allowance PHP 3,000 per month
