Key Responsibilities
As a Inbound Sales Representative, you will own the full customer funnel—from the first touchpoint until successful conversion. Your primary duties will include:
- Full-Funnel Conversion: Strategically collaborate with the Marketing team to qualify inbound leads and convert them first into trial users, and then into regular, paid customers.
- Multi-Channel Engagement: Proactively engage with potential customers primarily through calls, complemented by text/messaging channels, to understand their needs and clearly articulate the value of the Ottodot platform.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed demanding monthly and quarterly sales targets for trial enrolments and regular customer conversions in the Singapore market.
- Product Advocacy & Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer. Identify potential product improvements and relay detailed, actionable feedback to the Product and content teams to enhance our offerings.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- Experience: 1-2 years of proven B2C / B2B sales experience, with a strong, measurable track record of success in a target-driven environment.
- English Proficiency: Professional working fluency in English is essential to effectively communicate with parents in the Singapore markets.
- Tech Savviness: Highly proficient and comfortable using AI tools, CRM tools, Google Workspace, and learning new tools to manage your sales pipeline.
