What will you do?
- Payroll Administration: Manage the end-to-end processing of our current monthly Australian payroll (6 employees), with the responsibility to seamlessly scale procedures to accommodate anticipated growth to 30+ employees within the next two years.
- Bookkeeping and Reconciliation: Execute daily and weekly bank reconciliations and perform essential bookkeeping activities within the Xero accounting platform to ensure general ledger accuracy.
- Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee the complete invoicing cycle, including the generation of customer invoices and subsequent tracking to maintain prompt and effective collections.
- Financial Reporting Support: Assist in the maintenance of current cash flow tracking and contribute to the development of basic financial forecasting models to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Process Development: Play an active role in establishing and refining robust internal financial procedures necessary to support the company's planned rapid expansion.
