You operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and executive support, helping drive business priorities while ensuring the President’s office runs with clarity and focus.

This role blends strategic project leadership and executive administration, making it ideal for someone who thrives in both high-level problem-solving and structured execution. This is not a traditional EA or project management role. You will be trusted to fix operational gaps, build scalable processes, and lead key initiatives, ensuring the executive team remains focused on high-impact growth.

YOU’RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, or Business Management (MBA or postgraduate preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in BPO operations and/or project management (Head/Director level preferred).
• At least 5 years in a PMO or Executive Assistant role directly supporting senior or C-level executives.
• Proven experience building and scaling processes from scratch in both small and large organizations.

STRONG SIGNALS

• Process Mastery: Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification (strong alignment with IE methodologies).
• Future-Ready: AI or automation certifications (including self-directed learning via Coursera, DeepLearning.AI, etc.).
• Functional Growth: Experience launching or scaling functions like OPEX, supply chain, or global travel.
• Impact-Driven: Demonstrated success in resolving operational inefficiencies and improving overall business performance

Strategic Projects & Process Engineering

You drive operational excellence by building scalable systems and leading high-impact initiatives.

• Workflow Design: Map, redesign, and implement workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Gap Analysis: Conduct deep dives across operations to identify risks, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
• Project Leadership: Lead and manage key projects aligned with executive priorities from conception to delivery.
• Innovation: Drive the adoption of AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Executive Support & Business Operations

You ensure the President operates at peak effectiveness by managing priorities, communication, and execution flow.

• Priority Management: Act as a strategic gatekeeper—filtering communications and elevating critical issues.
• Meeting Governance: Manage meeting cadence, set agendas, and ensure rigorous follow-through on action items.
• Executive Insights: Prepare briefings, summaries, and consolidated departmental reports into clear, actionable updates.
• Business Rhythms: Coordinate high-impact events including MBRs, town halls, site visits, and leadership reviews.
