Build business understanding internally within the marketing function (with CRM/NUI/OM team) and be the data lead to assist them in data pulls for their analysis/reporting
Assist in growing Shopee PH user base by liaising with internal marketing functions and with external departments and stakeholders, both locally and on a regional level
Be a liaison between marketing and Business Intelligence R&A PICs to ensure proper alignment on the requests
Develop ad hoc analyses or reports/dashboards and communicate insights to marketing team
Investigation and fixing of misaligned data and reports
Data migration
Capture high-level and detailed requirements through stakeholder meetings
Create intermediate tables as Single Source of Truth for sub team
Develop new and update existing reports.
Drive the standardization of data metrics by leveraging data- and business process knowledge
Determine opportunities for automation using different technologies
Learn and develop new processes to improve reporting tools and systems
Document data and report changes for future-proofing
Upskills to improve resource management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related quantitative field
With a minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in data analysis and/or strategy
Advanced Microsoft Excel, Google spreadsheet and basic SQL skills
Excellent communication skills
Creative and innovative approach in problem solving
Passionate towards learning about the e-commerce industry
