Job Summary
The Digital E-commerce Associate is responsible for supporting the company’s online presence through digital marketing and social media management while assisting with e-commerce operations. The role focuses on managing online content, monitoring social media platforms, supporting digital campaigns, and coordinating with the team to drive brand awareness and online sales. It will also assist in managing product listings, monitoring marketplace performance, and ensuring smooth online store operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or any related field
At least 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or e-commerce operations
Knowledgeable in e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce, or Shopify
Familiar with social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite and TikTok Studio
Experience in content posting, campaign monitoring, and social media engagement
Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies, online promotions, and content performance tracking
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for basic reporting and monitoring
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Willing to work full-time onsite in Timog, Quezon City
