Job Description

Supervise and manage visual merchandising projects from planning and design development up to store implementation to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with stores and internal departments regarding dcor, merchandise displays, signage, and promotional requirements.
Lead brainstorming sessions, concept development, and review of design proposals to ensure creative and effective visual presentations.
Work closely with suppliers and monitor production to ensure materials, specifications, and project budgets are properly executed.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Fine Arts, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in visual merchandising, retail, or a service-oriented company.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, and SketchUp.
Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Creative, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator who can collaborate effectively with teams and suppliers.
