Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling static posts, carousels, 3D visuals, and video content that strengthen our brand identity and enhance our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality static posts, carousels, 3D visuals, and motion/video content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing channels
- Create engaging video edits, short-form content, animations, and motion graphics for digital campaigns and social platforms
- Develop visually engaging assets such as banners, infographics, promotional graphics, 3D mockups, and visual concepts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and voice
- Manage multiple design and video projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
- Optimize designs, 3D assets, and videos for various platforms, formats, and devices
- Stay updated on design, 3D, motion, and social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant
- Work with photographers, videographers, and other creatives to enhance overall visual storytelling
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Multimedia Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Experience with 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of visual composition, color theory, typography, branding, and motion design
- Ability to edit videos with transitions, effects, animations, and sound synchronization
- Experience creating content optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
- Ability to accept feedback constructively and iterate quickly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving ability and collaborative mindset
Work Environment
Primarily office-based with regular presence at the assigned office. Work involves collaboration with internal teams and use of computer-based systems.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in a standard office environment and perform computer-based tasks for extended periods
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to occasionally stand, walk, or move between work locations depending on job responsibilities
