  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Recommend products or services based on customer needs.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
  • Process sales transactions and handle payments.
  • Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is organized.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally.
  • Keep the sales area clean and presentable.
  • Assist with promotional activities and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (preferred but not required).
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems is an advantage.
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
