  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, including preparing documentation, setting up orientations, and enrolling employees in systems.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Provide first-level support for employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and company policies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics, staffing, and compliance.
  • Support performance review cycles and training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with payroll and other departments to ensure accurate employee information and coordination.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 13 years of experience in an HR support or coordination role preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS or ATS systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
