Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, including preparing documentation, setting up orientations, and enrolling employees in systems.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
Provide first-level support for employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and events.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and company policies.
Prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics, staffing, and compliance.
Support performance review cycles and training initiatives.
Collaborate with payroll and other departments to ensure accurate employee information and coordination.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
13 years of experience in an HR support or coordination role preferred
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS or ATS systems is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
