A Successful VP-IT Should Have

- Proven track record in IT transformation, SAP improvement, logistics/warehousing tech, and AI-driven projects
- Skilled in IT strategy execution and aligning tech with business goals
- Familiar with emerging FMCG technologies and trends
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
