Your impact
As part of our expanding team in the Philippines, we are looking for a Piping Engineer to support our Water projects. In this role, you will
- Perform plant and piping design activities as part of a multidisciplinary taskforce.
- Collaborate with other designers and engineers using 3D integrated design systems such as AP3D and CADWorx3D.
- Conduct self-quality checks for 3D modeling and piping deliverables.
- Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and vendor bid evaluations.
- Assist in preparing proposals, scopes of work, schedules, and budgets for projects.
Here's what you'll need
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Piping Engineering.
- Experience in piping engineering/design within the chemical industry.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling using tools like AP3D or CADWorx3D.
- Familiarity with Navisworks for reviews and clash detection.
- Knowledge of LEAN work practices and their application in project delivery.
- Experience in stress analysis (L1 SEP, L2 Simplified).
- Skilled in equipment layout, piping design, and pipe supports.
- Strong command of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Understanding of piping-specific design standards (minimum US/EU).
- Ability to collaborate with other disciplines, clients, and vendors at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with laser scan-generated point clouds and field work is an advantage.
