Job Summary:
Concentrix is seeking highly motivated, customer-focused individuals who are fluent in Bahasa Indonesia to join our team as Bilingual Customer Service Representatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, or chat to clients.
- Address inquiries related to orders, product details, returns, and brand services in a timely and effective manner.
- Demonstrate active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of the brand’s values, offerings, and policies to accurately represent the client.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Meet individual performance metrics and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written) is required.
- Good command of English for training and internal communication.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to be trained and to learn new processes and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Prior experience in customer service or contact center roles is an advantage but not required.
- Passion for sports, fashion, and lifestyle brands is a plus.
