We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing hiring team. In this role, you'll help manage the recruitment process from application review through interview coordination, ensuring candidates have a smooth experience while helping hiring managers quickly connect with top talent.

What You'll Do

  • Manage job postings across Indeed and other recruiting platforms.
  • Review incoming applications and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
  • Screen and shortlist qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Contact candidates to schedule and confirm video interviews.
  • Conduct or facilitate initial video screening interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Advance qualified candidates through the hiring process and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and track applicant progress throughout the recruitment pipeline.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, next steps, and hiring updates.
  • Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Provide regular updates on recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress.


What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or administrative coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using Zoom, Google Meet, or other video conferencing platforms.
  • Familiarity with Indeed or other recruiting platforms is a plus.
  • Professional, responsive, and candidate-focused communication style.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines.
