ExKaliber is looking for a highly experienced
Amazon Account Health & Catalog Specialist to join our Remote Team. We want to hire an expert primarily on the Amazon Vendor Central platform, with a strong background also on the Amazon Seller Central. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, a problem-solver, a critical thinker, and very confident applying these traits to handle multiple brands on Amazon with large 10,000+ ASIN assortments. This position requires daily checking, downloading, and compiling of reports from both Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, while using pro-level software to help monitor and manage 10,000+ listings. It is critical that the candidate applying already has knowledge of core account navigation and core report locations in order to succeed. He/She must be comfortable managing their own work flow as an individual contributor and working to support larger reports for other department members relying on live and up-to-date information.
Job Responsibilities
- Primarily manage day-to-day Amazon Vendor Central tasks and support operations for multiple brands.
- Report directly to the Amazon Storefront Supervisor to execute operational priorities, manage assigned projects, proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Manage live product catalog updates using Vendor Central templates, flat files, and bulk uploads.
- Maintain and organize master flat files for catalog management and product data.
- Monitor catalog health by performing regular audits to identify listing issues affecting retail availability, accuracy, and completeness.
- Investigate and resolve catalog issues, contribution conflicts, variation issues, browse node issues, and detail page inconsistencies.
- Manage support cases from creation through resolution, including escalations when appropriate.
- Monitor live Pricing, Buy Box ownership, Delivery Dates and other conversion issue metrics, and communicate these performance KPIs to other teams in real-time.
- Coordinate with internal creative teams to ensure product content, images, and catalog updates are accurately published on the product listings
- Analyze competitor ranking and keywords, and overall marketplace trends using 3rd party software to provide insights for catalog improvements.
- Support new product launches, catalog expansions, and seasonal assortment updates.
- Monitor Amazon seasonal promos, special events, and other paid promo events.
- Take ownership of assigned projects from start to finish, and be ready to take on ad hoc tasks to support the needs of the business.
Required Qualifications
- MINIMUM 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Vendor Central, including creating, uploading, editing, and troubleshooting product listings.
- MINIMUM 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central, including creating, uploading, editing, and troubleshooting product listings.
- MUST HAVE proven experience managing Amazon catalog data using flat files, bulk uploads, and master catalog files.
- MUST HAVE proven experience troubleshooting catalog issues and working with Amazon Vendor Support and/or Seller Support to resolve
- MUST HAVE mastery of written and verbal English communication skills.
- MUST HAVE exceptional attention to detail and a passion for resolving catalog, listing, and operational issues.
- Ability to evaluate, seek out information, and proactively solve problems (sometimes with minimal guidance).
- Excellent task and project management skills with the ability to coordinate assets, documentation, and resources across internal and external teams.
- Experience with project management and team communication software such as Slack, Google Workspace, or similar collaboration platforms.
- Strong experience with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, with proficiency in other Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Work requires exceptional attention to detail in preparing, reviewing, and proofreading documentation
- Experience using third-party Amazon tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, Sellerise, InsightLeap or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Amazon 1P retail vendors or large consumer brands.
- Experience with Amazon 1P Direct Fulfillment (DTF).
- Familiarity with Amazon Retail Analytics.
- Experience with ERP, PIM, or product information management systems.
- Experience supporting Amazon MCF or other marketplaces (such as Walmart, Shopify) is a plus.
Education
- Must Have: College Degree or Accreditation for Business Administration
Assessment
- Candidates will complete practical assessments evaluating Vendor Central knowledge, Excel proficiency, analytical thinking, and catalog management skills.
