- on.Analyze operational data across business units to identify trends, perform root-cause analysis, and provide data-backed recommendations for leadersh
- ip.Design, build, and maintain interactive operational dashboards and standardized reporting suites to provide real-time visibility on key metrics. Map current-state processes and design future-state solutions to drive operational efficiency, scalability, and quali

What You

- ablesAt least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a lead capa
- city.Proven experience in a BPO, shared services, or operational environ
- ment.Strong data analysis and visualization skills using tools like advanced Excel, Power BI, or Tab
- leau.Solid experience in requirements gathering and process mapping using tools like BPMN, Visio, or Lucidc
- hart.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related f
ield.Preferred skills/expe
- rtiseProfessional business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, C
- CBA).Experience building reporting and analytics frameworks within a growing opera
- tion.SQL proficiency or experience with database quer
- ying.Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six S
