Job Requirements
- College graduate (preferably Business, Supply Chain, or related course)
- With relevant working experience in warehouse or inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock records
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, inventory systems)
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct daily checking and monitoring of warehouse inventory levels
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing deliveries against documents (RO, SOD, POs)
- Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and storage of items in the warehouse
- Assist in batch uploads and reconciliation of data in ERP systems
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and supervisors to resolve discrepancies
