  • Graduate or undergraduate (completed at least 3 years) of any medical allied course
  • (Nursing, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, Medical Technology, Radiologic Technology, Dentistry, Nutrition & Dietetics)
  • Non-medical course graduate with call center experience may apply
  • Can easily navigate computers
  • Proficient in both English and Filipino, both oral and written communication
  • Has the passion to help customers with their queries and complaints
  • With good phone handling and active listening skills
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends
