The position is responsible for the over-all supervision of the equipments and technical facilities in the assigned property to ensure efficient and effective operation.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
Responsible for the supervision of all Multi-Skilled Technicians and other technical support staff to ensure efficiency in the operation. It is also responsible for their regular evaluation on overall performance.
Responsible for the maintenance of all machineries and equipment in the building. It is also responsible for the smooth operations of the technical facilities.
Maintains cordial and friendly relations with unit owners and tenants and ensures that their complaints are acted upon expeditiously.
Responsible for the proper handling, safeguarding, monitoring and effective use of building equipments and technical facilities.
Responsible for march-in/march-out procedures
Ensures that all policies, systems and procedures are followed and strictly implemented
Responsible for the dissemination and effective implementation of preventive maintenance schedule.
Responsible for the supervision of the external contractors. It is also responsible for their performance evaluation
Ensures that safety rules and procedures are complied with
Conducts regular walk-arounds and inspections to ensure that all delegated tasks are properly acted upon
Canvasses materials and supplies needed for the project
Coordinates with external contractors for specific projects and reports to the Building Manager for approval
All other related tasks as required.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Building Maintenance.
At least 2 (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
