Job Description

  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Tasked to source for qualified candidates and generate leads
  • Conducts technical and competency-based interviews
  • Endorses qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Schedules candidates for interviews
  • Administers tests/assessment tools
  • Conducts job offers and drafts Employment related contracts
  • Completes candidate pre-employment requirements
  • Updates the recruitment trackers & databases
  • Generates weekly, monthly, and annual reports
  • Implements Recruitment Operations projects & initiatives
  • Adheres to the companys recruitment policies and best practices
  • Attends recruitment/leads generation activities
  • With experience to other HR facets like Benefits Administration, Timekeeping, or Employee Relations is an advantage
  • Willing to be trained for other HR facets

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Open for Fresh Grads.
  • Flexible and team player
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Can start as soon as possible
