Work Setup: Onsite

Salary Package: 21,000 25,000 per month

Qualifications

  • Senior High School Graduate (K-12), Old Curriculum High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Must not be an undergrad high school student.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
  • Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Willing to work onsite

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls for telecommunications account.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
