Qualifications
- High school graduate (Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Customer service or BPO experience at least 3 months
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Amenable to work onsite (or hybrid/work-from-home, if applicable)
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding service requests, deliveries, and account-related concerns
- Provide timely updates on service status, appointments, and delivery schedules
- Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain account records
