Premium Telco Specialist who is committed to providing world-class support to our valued customers. In this role, you'll assist with account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, technical support, and product information while creating positive and meaningful customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, chat, or email.
- Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, plan upgrades, and service changes.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Troubleshoot basic telecommunications products, devices, and service-related issues.
- Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and available services.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in company systems.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Stay informed about new products, services, and company policies to provide the best customer experience
Qualifications
- High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
- Atleast 1 month BPO experience or related
- Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple applications simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Previous experience in customer service, telecommunications, or a BPO environment is an advantage but not required. We welcome applicants who are eager to learn and grow.
