We are looking for a Full Stack Systems Developer who will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performing web applications that support our digital ecosystem.
This role will be responsible for building end-to-end solutions across frontend, backend, API, and database layers while applying Secure-by-Design and Zero-Trust Architecture principles throughout the software development lifecycle. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions aligned with business needs while ensuring system reliability, security, and performance.
What You’ll Do:
Full Stack Application Development
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications that are secure, scalable, and user-focused.
- Build and enhance frontend and backend components to support business requirements.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, development best practices, and engineering guidelines.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve application performance and reliability.
Secure Software Development
- Apply Secure-by-Design principles across the entire software development lifecycle.
- Implement security best practices aligned with Zero-Trust Architecture.
- Support vulnerability management activities, security testing, and remediation efforts.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, policies, and audit requirements.
API & System Integration
- Develop, maintain, and optimize APIs to enable seamless system integrations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful integration of applications and platforms.
- Monitor API performance, reliability, and error handling.
Collaboration & Documentation
- Work closely with product owners, business teams, and technology stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain technical documentation for applications, integrations, and development processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in full stack web application development.
- Strong knowledge of frontend and backend development frameworks.
- Experience in API development and system integrations.
- Understanding of database design, management, and optimization.
- Familiarity with secure software development practices, OWASP principles, and application security.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
