At 2GO Group, you will help strengthen the financial health of the business by leading credit risk, reporting, and performance governance across the Express and Forwarding business units. As the Credit Risk and Reporting Manager, you will provide the insights and controls that enable smarter decisions, protect working capital, and improve cash flow visibility.

What You’ll Do..
Credit Risk and Working Capital Governance
- Establish and lead the organization's credit governance framework to effectively manage customer credit exposure, protect company assets, and support sustainable revenue growth.
- Drive proactive monitoring, assessment, and escalation of customer credit risks, portfolio exposures, and emerging collection risks to minimize potential financial impact.
- Ensure alignment of credit policies, risk controls, and customer onboarding governance with business objectives and risk appetite.
Performance Reporting and Executive Decision Support
- Serve as the owner of reporting governance, performance analytics, and management information across the Billing and Collections organization.
- Provide executive leadership with timely, accurate, and actionable insights on collection performance, accounts receivable quality, working capital trends, operational efficiency, and business risks.
- Establish performance frameworks, KPI governance, and management dashboards that drive accountability, visibility, and data-driven decision-making.
Cash Application and Reconciliation Governance
- Provide leadership and governance over cash application operations, reconciliation controls, and financial data integrity processes.
- Ensure timely resolution of unapplied cash, payment allocation issues, reconciliation variances, and other items impacting cash visibility and financial reporting accuracy.
- Strengthen operational controls and governance mechanisms that support accurate customer balances and reliable financial information.
Analytics, Controls, and Business Intelligence
- Lead the development of analytics capabilities, reporting automation, and business intelligence solutions that improve organizational effectiveness and management visibility.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on data quality, reporting accuracy, process efficiency, and control effectiveness.
- Partner with business and support groups to transform operational and financial data into meaningful business insights and strategic recommendations.
Transformation, Risk Management, and Governance
- Support organizational transformation initiatives by establishing governance, performance measurement, and reporting structures that enable successful execution and sustainable results.
- Proactively identify operational, financial, and credit-related risks and recommend corrective actions to improve business performance and strengthen internal controls.
- Serve as a key advisor to leadership on matters relating to working capital optimization, customer risk management, operational performance, and business sustainability.
Leadership and Organizational Development
- Lead and develop teams responsible for Credit Risk, Cash Application, Reporting, Analytics, and Reconciliation functions.
- Foster a culture of accountability, analytical discipline, continuous improvement, and fact-based decision-making.

Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, Statistics, or any related business discipline.
- MBA, master’s degree, or postgraduate studies in Finance, Business, Analytics, or related fields is an advantage.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in Credit Risk Management, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Reporting, Business Analytics, Shared Services, or related finance operations.
- At least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity with responsibility for risk management, reporting, analytics, financial controls, or operational governance.
- Proven experience in developing performance reporting frameworks, KPI governance, financial analytics, and executive management reporting.
- Experience in managing customer credit risk, working capital initiatives, cash application governance, reconciliation controls, and operational performance management.
- Experience leading process improvement, automation, system implementation, or business transformation initiatives is highly preferred.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, shared services, or other high-volume transaction environments is an advantage.
