Qualifications
- High school graduate (Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Customer service or technical support experience is an advantage but not required
- Basic knowledge of computers, mobile devices, and audio equipment
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Amenable to work onsite (or hybrid/work-from-home, if applicable)
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for audio devices, software, and related services via phone, chat, or email
- Troubleshoot issues involving speakers, headphones, sound systems, and connectivity
- Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting and product setup
- Escalate complex technical concerns to the appropriate support team when necessary
- Accurately document customer interactions and technical resolutions
- Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality and performance standards
