Work on assigned user stories, including design, development, testing, and deployment of features primarily within the SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) module.
Build and maintain automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of developed functionalities.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement.
Engage with stakeholders and end users to gather requirements and clarify use cases.
Demonstrate completed features and solutions to users and stakeholders.
Contribute to development efforts using JavaScript (ServiceNow)
COMPETENCIES
Core Competencies (Must-have Competencies)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer (ITSM)
2+ years of experience in JavaScript within ServiceNow.
2+ years of experience working in Agile environments, using methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
Good communication skills

Software Development background or experience
Experience with GitLab or similar version control and CI/CD tools.
Experience with DevOps practices
Experience in Testing, or ATF (Automated Testing Framework).
