  • Experience Level: 2 year and up of relevant experience in HR roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, HRIS, employee relations, payroll, and benefits management.
  • Working Conditions: Typically office-based with a collaborative team environment.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, financial literacy, ability to manage people, and a commitment to training and development.
