You will ensure a positive shopping experience by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, and maintaining a well-organized sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
- Understand customer needs and recommend products that best match their preferences.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Meet individual and team sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items when necessary.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.
Qualifications
- Good Communication Skills
- Willing to work Onsite
- Willing to work on a Shifting Schedule
- HS/SHS Grad (depending on the account)
- Must have call center experience
Must be currently residing within Metro Manila
Must be 18 years old and above (legal age)
